Kreisler has also served on a number of Condominium Association Boards of Managers and spent more than ten years as president of a forty unit Condominium Association. Because of his widely varied experience, Kreisler brings a highly practical and pragmatic point of view to legal representation, having acted both as client and attorney in many complex business and real estate transactions. Education. Kreisler earned a degree in accounting from Northwestern University School of Management. After qualifying as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), he attended the University of Chicago College of Law And Graduate School of Business where he received a Juris Doctor degree in Law and a Masters of Business Administration, with a concentration in Investment

Barry Kreisler is licensed to practice in Illinois and has been admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the Seventh Circuit United States Court of Appeals as well as before the Supreme Court of the United States.

Pennycuff has been a presenter at professional educational seminars on Bankruptcy Law matters and was a presenter at a two day seminar on Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy law and practice offered to attorneys and accountants by the National Business Institute in June, 2011.
Education. Pennycuff graduated magna cum laude from Franklin College with a B.S. in psychology. She went on to graduate with honors from Indiana University School of Law –
Indianapolis where she also had the honor of serving on the Board of Editors for the Indiana Law Review.
Melanie Pennycuff is licensed to practice in Illinois and Indiana and has been admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern
Districts of Indiana as well as for the Northern District of Illinois. She is
