• Consultation - analysis of information regarding client assets, liabilities, goals and family, meeting with client(s) to discuss the various issues and options available to create optimum estate plan
  

• Drafting - preparation of wills, trusts, healthcare and/or durable powers of attorney, living wills as are required to implement desired estate plan
  

• Execution - supervise execution of documents to make certain that all required formalities are observed
  

• Asset transfers - work with client to make sure that any asset transfers required to implement the estate plan are properly completed
  

• Elder Law - consultation with older persons and their families regarding the legal issues confronting them, including but not limited to gift programs, asset transfers and Medicare, Medicaid and nursing home issues
